Shipping policy

Each CHRB piece — ceramic or painting — is handmade and treated as original work. All items are carefully packaged using protective materials appropriate for fine art and fragile goods.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping, Insurance & Signature Confirmation

All CHRB pieces are shipped fully insured for their purchase value.

For orders totaling $250 or more, signature confirmation will be required whenever available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CHRB is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Responsibility & Risk of Loss

CHRB is responsible for the shipment until the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a shipment is lost in transit prior to confirmed delivery, CHRB will initiate a claim with the carrier and resolve the matter through either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, title and responsibility transfer to the customer.

CHRB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

CHRB is not responsible for customs-related delays.
