Refund policy
All original works are securely packaged and shipped fully insured.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
All sales are final. CHRB does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications once a purchase has been completed.
Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer preference.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.
Please include:
-Clear photographs of the damaged item
-Photographs of the packaging
-A photograph of the shipping label
Failure to provide documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Approved claims may result in either:
-A replacement (if available), or
-A refund
Resolution will depend on the nature of the piece and availability.
Because each CHRB piece is handmade, any replacement will not be an exact replica of the original work.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit prior to confirmed delivery, CHRB will initiate a claim with the carrier and resolve the matter through either a replacement (if available) or a refund.
In the event of a carrier-confirmed loss in transit, any insurance reimbursement received will be used solely to refund or replace the customer’s order.
CHRB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
